      Call for Papers 2017 submissions are now closed.

      The Tech Talks and Strategy Talks are a series of inspiring, bite-size presentations addressing the latest technical and strategic challenges, and sharing up-to-the minute information security and cyber security insight, knowledge and best-practice. The Talks form a key part of the Infosecurity Europe conference programme.

      Who can submit?

      Talk submissions are open to confirmed exhibitors at Infosecuriy Europe 2017 only.

      How are successful submissions selected?

      Selection will be made by the Infosecurity Europe Call for Papers Advisory Committee.

      • Call for papers open: Tuesday 25th October
      • Call for papers deadline: 12.00pm GMT Monday 19th December
      • Successful and unsuccessful submissions notified: Mid February 2017

      PLEASE NOTE: This deadline is the final deadline. Due to the number of submissions received no deadline extension will be given. No submissions will be accepted after 12.00pm GMT on Monday 19th December. Please ensure that you have completed your submission before 12.00pm GMT as the form will close at this time and half completed submissions will be deleted.

      • Only contracted exhibitors can make a submission.
      • Product and services pitches will not be accepted.
      • Talks are reviewed and selected by the Call for Papers Advisory Committee.
      • Talks are rated on value to the delegates, content, topicality and speaker credentials.
      • The chance of your talk submission being accepted is greatly enhanced if you provide as much detail as possible about your talk and highlight tangible benefits to the visitors of attending.
      • Priority will be given to customer case studies as they are very well received by the visitors. You can nominate a customer to speak on your behalf or they can co-present with a senior representative from your organisation.
      • The talk title should be concise, appealing to the visitors and appropriate to the content of the talk.
      • You may submit a maximum of three talks per company but only one can be selected.
      • There is no guarantee that any of your submissions will be accepted.
      • We recommend that you produce and save your submission as a word document and then copy and paste the details into the online form to ensure that the details are saved in the event of a technical problem with the submission form.

      Please note: If the person submitting the paper is not the speaker, please ensure that the speaker/s is/are available before you make the submission. We will contact the speakers directly as soon as a submission has been successful. If the speaker responds that they are not available the speaking slot will be awarded to the next speaker on the waiting list.
