  • What is the admissions policy?

    Under 18’s , undergraduate students and  unrelated subject-related post graduate students and are not permitted into the exhibition.  For more details, please visit the Admissions Policy section.

     

  • Are there any ATM machines close to the venue?

    A free ATM is located opposite Kensington (Olympia) Station, on Olympia Way

  • Do I have to pay anything to attend the event?

    The entry to the event is free if you register by 5th June (12:00pm BST). The onsite cost will be £35. All sessions of the Conference Programme are free-of-charge except for the training courses – please see Training Courses in the Conference Programme for details.

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    Visitors and exhibitors can pre-book car parking on + 44 (0) 20 7598 2515 or via the EC&O web site at http://www.olympia.co.uk/visiting/parking/book-parking.

     

  • Are there disabled parking facilities at the venue?

    Accessible Parking

    Please note that Olympia’s parking tariff is applicable to all visitors and unfortunately no discounts are available, other than the daily pre-booked rate.

    There are disabled bays available in the multi-storey car park at Olympia. 

    You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance.

    Book online at any time, or call the advanced booking line on +44 (0)  207 598 2515 between 0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday.  Most major credit cards are accepted.

    As a matter of policy Olympia will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.

    Venue Access
    Olympia Grand access is on Olympia Way.  Lifts are then used to access each floor.  For any special access requirements or requests please contact Olympia switchboard on +44 (0) 207 385 1200

     

  • Is the loan of wheelchairs possible at the venue?

    Yes it is. A number of manual wheelchairs are available. It is advisable to reserve these in advance by phoning +44 (0)207 598 2411. They are available on a first come, first served basis and a refundable security deposit will be required.

  • Are they any catering facilities at the venue?

    Yes, there are a number of catering facilities available at the venue and full details of which outlets and opening times will be available nearer to the event.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    Yes, there are cloakrooms available at the event, a charge per item may be payable.  There is amply space available for coats, bags, umbrellas etc.
    The cloakroom will open half an hour before the show opens until half an hour after the show closes each day. Any left items will be taken to the Security Suite. Please contact the Organiser's Office for assistance.

  • How and when do I receive my CPD/CPE credits after the event has passed?

    Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks after the event for your credits to be added. This is provided that you have completed your membership numbers correctly during the registration process, as stated within our registration.

    Please understand that we require some time to audit, clean and verify all our data post show. When this process has been accomplished we then submit your data to the respective association (either (ISC)2 and/or ISACA). Once submitted they will need to insert it in their systems and then it should show on your profile automatically.

    Please note that if you have not entered your membership number correctly during the registration process, we will not be able to identify your respective membership account and thus, your points will be lost.
