PR Opportunities


    We are looking forward to welcoming you to 25th Edition of Infosecurity Europe in June 2020. You should by now have received a copy of the Exhibitor PR Kit but please let us know if you haven’t and we will send one to you by return. It’s important that you are making the most of the PR opportunities available to you at the show and so we just wanted to send you a quick reminder on what you can get working on straightaway:

  • Infosecurity Europe Blog Opportunity

    We will be accepting blog contributions from exhibitors to contribute to the Infosecurity Europe blog. Preference will be given to new content, rather than blogs that have already been published, between 500-600 words in length. Articles to be authored by an industry expert with experience and insight into the topic being discussed. The authors name, professional affiliations, and bio should be included with the submission

    Email: with BLOG in your subject line and we’ll send you our blog guidelines. Early approaches are welcome and will have more chance of being included in our blog schedule. Start sending blog suggestions from Monday 2 March 2020 All blog suggestions must be received by Friday 3 April 2020 and final copy must be submitted no later than Friday 1 May 2020

  • At The Show

    Please don’t forget to provide us with a schedule of show activities and any news you are planning to announce from Infosecurity Europe. We will of course respect embargoes. Are you planning any on-stand demos, product launches/stunts, media briefings/research announcements or do you have any colleagues/clients who would be happy to be interviewed?

    Please email information to including a brief overview of up to 75 words, and include location, date and time, social media profiles and contact details and put PREVIEW in the email subject line. The deadline to send your information: Friday 1 May 2020.

  • Social Media Promotion

    We would like to announce you as an exhibitor across Infosecurity’s social media channels. Please can you send us a brief description of your organisation, along with copies of any supporting imagery you’d like us to use, as well as links to all of your social media pages. Please send this information to as soon as you have it available.

  • Spokesperson

    We are creating a database of all subject matter experts at the show so let us know if you will have spokespeople available at the show – email us at with SPOKESPERSON in the email subject line, name, brief biography, area of expertise, onsite availability and contact details. Please provide us with this information by Friday 1 May 2020.

  • Vox Pops

    There will be a film crew at Infosecurity Europe conducting vox-pop interviews on the show floor with exhibitors, visitors and speakers. These Interviews will be shared across Infosecurity Europe’s social media channels after the show so if you are planning any announcements, events, or would like to share any news and views, please put forward your suggestions for an interview, availability and stand number email: with VOX POP in your email subject line, advising your preferred availability for filming. The deadline for submitting a request is Friday 8 May 2020.

  • Roving Reporter

    We will have a camera crew roaming the show floor capturing and posting content on our social media channels during the show so if you would like to be considered for this please email us with your availability and stand number email: with ROVING REPORTER in your email subject line, advising your preferred availability for filming. The deadline for submitting a request is Friday 1 May 2020.
