75% of the Bletchley Park were women. Today only 10% of the cyber workforce are women in an industry that requires a diversity of thought and problem solving.

We have a cyber skills crisis that is expected to grow to 3.5 million unfilled jobs by 2021 and yet the industry is largely ignoring half the population. 

Given the dynamic and ever changing nature of cyber threats, is cyber talent hiding in plain sight?
