We will be making your Presentation available to Visitors to the Event to scan and download in line with the terms and conditions of their entry to and participation in the Event. If you would prefer to provide us with an abridged version of your Presentation for us to make available to Visitors instead, please provide us with that abridged version of the Presentation at the same time as you submit to us the electronic version of your full Presentation.
