The RMT Union is currently planning a National Rail Strike on 21st  and 23rd June, which will involve some of the operators that serve London. As we understand it, this shouldn't affect access to ExCeL London during Infosecurity Europe, with Custom House station remaining open: the Elizabeth Line (Central Section), DLR, London Bus Network and some overground services will be running as normal across the strike days, and the London Underground will be operating as usual on 22nd and 23rd.

However, we recommend you plan your travel in advance, and keep an eye on rail schedules here and London transport here, especially if you're travelling in from further afield.

If you're planning on driving to ExCel London, parking will be FREE all three days of the event. This is on a first come, first served basis.

Rail operators supporting the strike will be running at a reduced timetables during the strike days. Including:

SWR’s running a reduced timetable from 07:15 to 18:30 and will consist of:

  • Four trains per hour in each direction between Waterloo and Windsor via Hounslow
  • Two semi-fast trains per hour in each direction between Waterloo and Basingstoke
  • Four trains per hour in each direction between Waterloo and Woking
  • Two fast trains per hour in each direction between Waterloo and Southampton

We will closely monitor the news, and ongoing talks between the unions, train operators and government. In the meantime, click on the button below to look at travel alternatives or scroll down to find more details.

We look forward to seeing you at the show!

Visitors to London can apply for an Oyster Card in advance. We strongly recommend using public transport to travel to the event as car parking is limited. There are many ways to get to ExCeL depending on your preferred method - from taxi to the tube or by bus.

Elizabeth Line

The Elizabeth line is now officially open!  The new line will transform travel across London, with direct links for national travel: Farringdon (for Thameslink services), Paddington (for Reading, Oxford, and the South West) and Liverpool Street (for Stanstead and the east of England) it will be easier, faster and more convenient to visit ExCeL.

Arriving by Air

London City Airport is closest to ExCeL (less than a mile) and has flights to and from Europe and beyond. It is also possible to fly to any of London’s other five airports and continue your journey onward to ExCeL by public transport.

Arriving by Train or Tube

All the major UK cities are connected to London by train and once you are in the capital city, the London Underground Jubilee Line is the quickest route towards ExCeL. At Canning Town Station alight and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR Train (Docklands Light Railway) to ExCeL.

If you are travelling by DLR, please alight at Custom House (at the West Entrance of ExCeL) or Prince Regent (at the East Entrance of ExCeL). It is about two minute walk from both stations. Follow the  signs into the venue. The Docklands Light Railway is part of the London Underground Network and there are 12 trains an hour towards Beckton.

ExCeL London is located in Zone 3.

Arriving by Road

There is plenty of parking at ExCeL London with 3,070 parking spaces. Parking is a £20 flat tariff for up to 24 hours. Traveling by car in Central and East London can be subject to delays, particularly around rush hour so please plan ahead and leave plenty of time to make your journey.
